Should income or household composition change, I utilize the navigator as a way to visualize how the client's situation will change or in what ways their benefits will be affected. Clients are not aware of the tax credits their dependents are entitled to. Using the navigator is a great way to inform them of those credits and an estimate of what they may receive.
